MOGUL RACING
Moguls is a discipline that Will has really taken to, and loves. He started in 2013 with 2 training sessions at Castleford with Peter Styring. He then competed in 2013 in the English Indoor Champs and the British Indoor Champs taking first place in the youth category on both occasions. He also posted in 4th place overall both times.
He then went on in 2014 to train for a day in Austria with Chris David, Ian Danby and Richard Savery, before the English and British Outdoor Moguls Championships. These were both, in addition, open FIS level competitions with skiers from many countries taking part. Will achieved a gold medal in the English and a silver in the British, as well as qualifying in the top 12 for the overall (all countries) finals on both days. His scores on both days also qualified him for the World Junior Freeski Championships in Moguls to be held in Valmalenco, Italy. He was then selected to represent GB at the World Juniors and was the youngest moguls competitor there. It was a fantastic achievement and a great honour.
He has now been selected for and is a member of the England National Academy Moguls Squad for 2014-
